• Mobile network information: We do not collect any cellular or WiFi network data
• Audio preferences: Your saved mixes, favorites, volume settings, and playback preferences are stored entirely on your device
• Personal information: We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• Analytics or tracking: We do not use any analytics services to track your behavior

What We DO Collect

The only data collection that occurs is through Apple's systems:

Subscription Processing (via Apple)

If you subscribe to My Sleep Guru Premium, Apple processes your payment information through their App Store system. We never see your credit card details or payment information. Apple may collect:

• Payment information for subscription processing
• Basic device identifiers to manage your subscription across your Apple devices
• App Store account information

This data is handled entirely by Apple according to their Privacy Policy.

Local Data Storage

All of your preferences are stored locally on your device:

• Your favorite audio mixes
• Volume settings and audio preferences
• Sleep timer preferences
• Downloaded audio files for offline listening
• App settings and theme preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Audio Content Delivery

Our audio content is delivered from our content delivery network. When you stream or download audio:

• Your device connects to our servers to retrieve audio files
• Standard web server logs may be collected as part of content delivery (IP address, request time)
• We do not receive or store any information about which audio files you access
• Downloaded content is stored locally on your device only

Third-Party Services

Our app uses these third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For subscriptions and payments (see Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Content Delivery: We use third-party hosting for audio file storage and delivery

We do not use any analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising platforms.

Data Security

Since we don't collect personal data, there's minimal data to secure. Your local preferences are protected by your device's security features. Downloaded audio files are stored in your app's secure container on your device.

• Delete your data: Simply delete the app to remove all locally stored preferences and downloads
